Caspase 2 can be activated by caspase 1, caspase 3 and granzyme B in vitro. This caspase 2 activity assay kit is based on caspase 2 that can catalyze the substrate Ac-VDQQD-pNA to generate yellow pNA (p-Nitroaniline).
