YeaCell® Reverse Transcriptase for Single Cell Full Length cDNA/microfluidic systems suitable for RNA reverse transcription module (excluding RNase inhibitors)
Full Length cDNA uses Oligo (dT)18 and TSO Primer primers to reverse transcribe a small number of templates and low-copy genes. The product can be enriched with cDNA through a PCR reaction using a universal primer, then the library is constructed using the Yisheng enzyme resection library kit. This product uses a brand-new reverse transcriptase with multiple mutations based on M-MLV (RNase H-) reverse transcriptase, offering advantages such as high reverse transcription efficiency, low mismatch rate, and high fidelity.
