Porcine Black Plague IgG antibody ELISA Kit

This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro semi-quantitative determination of porcine black plague IgG antibody concentrations in serum, plasma.

PRINCIPLE OF THE ASSAY

The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with black plague antigen. Samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and incubated. Then add Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated anti-procine IgG and incubate again. Substrate solutions are added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. Calculate the valence of black plague IgM antibody in the samples.

SPECIF ICITY

This assay recognizes porcine black plague IgG antibody. No significant cross-reactivity or interference was observed.
